I thought turning on the camera would feel natural. It didn’t. Playing the duduk feels easier than speaking to the lens.

I’m traveling from Malmö to Oslo for a gig. Come with me!

On Friday, I played the duduk outdoors in extreme cold for the first time in my life. It was –7°C, snowing, and the duduk is an incredibly sensitive instrument.�It was challenging… but it worked.

And it was absolutely worth it, because I had the chance to share the stage with two Norwegian legends: and . Huge thanks to for having me.

I also met the wonderful young pianist and composer for the first time, and we had a beautiful jam together.

By the way, I love the scones in Oslo.
