We are SmallShorts – an international student festival of screen arts. Our team has been presenting short films by young creators from all over the world since 2019, creating a safe and productive environment to exchange ideas and experiences among aspiring authors.
This year, we announce an open-call for three following nominations and await your explorative works:
• Screen I — Fiction and documentary films
• Screen II — Experimental video and videoart
• Screen III — Animation and generative graphics
The author should be a student, duration is 20 minutes or less.
Application deadline is March 17. The final screening will take place in June 2025. The exact dates of the screenings, as well as the additional cultural program, will be announced later.
