Tarneeb (طرنيب) is the legendary 4-player, 2-team trick-taking game loved across the world. Now you can play it online, in real time, for free. 🎉
👥 The Basics
4 players, 2 teams — partners sit across from each other
A standard 52-card deck, 13 cards dealt to each player
Each round you play 13 "tricks" (rounds of one card each). Your team tries to win as many tricks as possible by playing the highest card.
🙋 1) The Bidding — how many tricks can your team win?
Before play starts, you predict how many of the 13 tricks your team will win, and say that number out loud. The lowest you can bid is 7.
🤔 How do I know what to bid? Look at your hand:
🅰️ Count your strong cards — Aces and Kings almost always win tricks. The more you have, the higher you can safely bid.
📚 Long suits are powerful — if you hold many cards of one suit (say 5 hearts), that suit can win lots of tricks, especially if you make it trump.
🤝 Trust your partner — you only need your team's tricks to add up, not yours alone.
⚠️ The golden rule: only bid what you can actually make! Each new bid must be higher than the last. The highest bidder wins the bid — but if you bid 9 and only win 8 tricks, you LOSE points. Bid confident, not greedy. (Bid 13 and you win the bidding instantly!) 🏆
👑 2) Choose the Trump (Tarneeb)
The winning bidder picks the trump suit. Trump cards beat every other suit — this is your power suit, so pick the one you're strongest in! 💪
🎯 3) Play the 13 Tricks
You must follow the suit that was led if you can
Can't follow? Play a trump to steal the trick — or throw any card
Highest trump wins; if no trump was played, the highest card of the led suit wins
🧮 4) Scoring
✅ Made your bid? Your team scores the tricks you won. 🔥
❌ Broke your bid? You lose points equal to your bid, and the other team scores their tricks instead.

First team to 31 points wins (or play Long mode to 41, or a quick Short single-round game).

👥 الأساسيات
٤ لاعبين، فريقان — كل لاعب وشريكه يجلسان متقابلَين
مجموعة ورق عادية من ٥٢ ورقة، توزَّع ١٣ ورقة لكل لاعب
في كل جولة تلعبون ١٣ "أكلة" (كل أكلة ورقة من كل لاعب). فريقك يحاول الفوز بأكبر عدد من الأكلات عن طريق لعب الورقة الأعلى.
🙋 ١) المزايدة — كم أكلة يقدر فريقك يفوز فيها؟
قبل بداية اللعب، تتوقّع كم أكلة من الـ ١٣ سيفوز بها فريقك، وتقول الرقم بصوت عالٍ. أقل مزايدة ممكنة هي ٧.
🤔 كيف أعرف كم أزايد؟ انظر إلى أوراقك:
🅰️ عُدّ أوراقك القوية — الإكّات (Aces) والشايبات (Kings) تفوز بالأكلات غالباً. كلما زادت، زاد الرقم الذي تقدر تزايد عليه بأمان.
📚 الأنواع الطويلة قوية — إذا عندك أوراق كثيرة من نوع واحد (مثلاً ٥ كوبات)، هذا النوع يقدر يفوز بأكلات كثيرة، خصوصاً إذا خليته طرنيب.
🤝 اعتمد على شريكك — يكفي أن يجتمع مجموع أكلات فريقك، مو أكلاتك أنت لحالك.
⚠️ القاعدة الذهبية: زايد فقط على ما تقدر تحقّقه! كل مزايدة جديدة لازم تكون أعلى من السابقة. صاحب أعلى مزايدة يفوز بالمزايدة — لكن إذا زايدت ٩ وفزت بـ ٨ أكلات فقط، تخسر نقاطاً. زايد بثقة، مو بطمع. (زايد ١٣ وتفوز بالمزايدة فوراً!) 🏆
👑 ٢) اختيار الطرنيب (الحكم)
الفائز بالمزايدة يختار نوع الطرنيب. أوراق الطرنيب تغلب كل الأنواع الأخرى — هذا نوعك القوي، فاختر النوع الأقوى عندك! 💪
🎯 ٣) العب الـ ١٣ أكلة
لازم تتبع نوع الورقة المفتوحة إذا كان عندك منها
ما عندك من نفس النوع؟ العب طرنيب لتسرق الأكلة — أو ارمِ أي ورقة
أعلى طرنيب يفوز؛ وإذا ما لُعب طرنيب، أعلى ورقة من النوع المفتوح تفوز
🧮 ٤) النقاط
✅ حقّقت مزايدتك؟ فريقك يأخذ نقاطاً بعدد الأكلات التي فزتم بها. 🔥
❌ كسرت مزايدتك؟ تخسر نقاطاً بقدر مزايدتك، والفريق الآخر يأخذ نقاط أكلاته بدلاً منك.
🏁 الفوز
أول فريق يوصل لـ ٣١ نقطة يفوز (أو العبوا الوضع الطويل حتى ٤١، أو جولة قصيرة سريعة).
