Păstrez urmele unor ceaiuri băute în case diferite.

În această perioadă lucrez la o instalație despre memorie, comunitate și felul în care lucrurile importante se transmit din generație în generație.

Pentru realizarea ei adun pliculețe de ceai folosite.

Obiecte mici, fragile și aparent neînsemnate, care poartă însă urmele unor momente trăite, ale unor gânduri, întâlniri sau povești.

Dacă dorești să contribui, poți păstra pliculețele de ceai folosite și mi le poți oferi.

Opțional, le poți însoți de câteva cuvinte moștenite de la cei dinaintea ta sau de un gând despre comunitate, memorie și ceea ce alegem să ducem mai departe.

Din toate aceste fragmente voi construi o lucrare despre memorie, comunitate și despre ceea ce alegem să ducem mai departe.

I keep traces of teas shared in different homes.

At the moment, I am working on an installation about memory, community, and the way important things are passed from one generation to the next.

For this project, I am collecting used tea bags.
Small, fragile and seemingly insignificant objects that nevertheless carry traces of lived moments, thoughts, encounters and stories.

If you would like to contribute, you can save your used tea bags and offer them to me.

Optionally, you may include a few words inherited from those who came before you, or a reflection on community, memory, and what we choose to carry forward.

From all these fragments, I will create a work about memory, community, and the invisible threads that connect us.

Mi-am amintit de un atelier mai vechi, dintr-o expoziție de ziua femeii.

Un atelier de păpuși terapeutice, pe tema mamei.

Aveam deja patru nașteri în corp — două acasă, două la spital.
Știam cm arată travaliul când curge și când se rupe.
Și simțeam că vreau să dau mai departe ceva din asta, chiar dacă nu aveam încă forma.

Atunci a venit și Monica, ca participant.
Am rămas după, la un ceai, și am vorbit.

Între timp am mai născut un copil.
Ea mi-a fost alături din nou — și m-am simțit susținută complet.

Au trecut ani.
Și ceva din ce era atunci doar intenție începe să prindă formă.

Unele lucruri au nevoie de timp să se reveleze.
Și de oamenii potriviți.

Sâmbătă avem prima întâlnire.

I’ve been thinking about a workshop from some years ago, part of an exhibition around Women’s Day.

A therapeutic doll-making workshop centered on the mother archetype.

At that time, I already carried four births in my body — two at home, two in the hospital.
I knew how labor feels when it flows and when it breaks.
And I felt the need to share something from that experience, even if I didn’t yet have a clear form.

That’s when Monica came, as a participant.
We stayed after, had tea, and talked.

In the meantime, I gave birth again.
She was by my side — and I felt completely supported.

Years passed.
And something that was once just an intention is beginning to take shape.

Some things need time to reveal themselves.
And the right people.

This Saturday, we begin.

Un spațiu sigur în care încetinim și ne reconectăm cu noi înșine și cu alte femei, prin practici somatice și expresie creativă.

Lucrez la șabloane pentru un exercițiu foarte fain pe care îl fac la sesiunile de artă ca terapie.

Vreau să studiez corpul feminin, să descopăr în câte moduri este el și cm se schimbă după naștere și experiențe.

Ce am observat azi:

Chiar dacă nu am trecut prin niciun proces și am început desenul direct, am transferat în desen problema mea — o scolioză probabil formată din alăptarea predominantă pe partea stângă, ca să pot face treburi cu mâna dreaptă.

Oare câte femei au pățit asta?

În cerc, vom începe de aici.

Din corp.

Din prezență.

Din ceea ce este deja aici.

I am working on templates for an exercise I use in my art-based therapeutic sessions.

I want to study the female body — to discover the many ways it exists and how it changes after birth and life experiences.

What I noticed today:

Even though I didn’t follow any specific process and started drawing directly, I transferred my own issue into the drawing — a scoliosis likely formed from breastfeeding mostly on the left side, so I could keep using my right hand for daily tasks.

I wonder how many women have experienced this.

Detalii...Materie vegetală cuprinsă în frescă. Culoare apărută spontan.

Contemplație...Un moment de tranziție. Atunci eram interesată de cm se organizează vizual materia. Acum, de memoria materială.

Mă întreb cm vor continua planșele.
Și când se vor finaliza.
Sau, oare, ca și natura, vor rămâne în continuă mișcare.

Details...Plant matter embedded in fresco. Colour appearing spontaneously.

Contemplation...A moment of transition. Back then, I was interested in how matter organizes itself visually. Now, in material memory.

I wonder how these panels will continue.
And when they will be completed.
Or whether, like nature itself, they will remain in continuous motion.

Pentru că au fost copiii în vacanță, m-am întors la materiale mai caznice.

Procesarea lânii mi-a dat întotdeauna o stare ancorată.

În gesturile repetate, structurile se revelează încet.

Curățenia de primăvară o fac și digital.

Am redescoperit fotografia asta din 2022, din perioada în care lucram la seria „Icoana materiei”.
Îmi amintesc cu drag cm maternitatea m-a dus pe căi noi — spre lucrul cu textilele.

Limitările revelează structuri neașteptate.
Cu cât am mai puține materiale, cu atât creativitatea crește.

Spring cleaning happens digitally too.

I rediscovered this photo from 2022, taken while working on the “Icon of Matter” series.
I remember fondly how motherhood led me onto new paths — towards working with textiles.

Limitations reveal unexpected structures.
The fewer materials I have, the more creativity grows.
