Showcasing the latest collections of both the most prestigious Romanian designers (Cătălin Botezatu, Clara Rotescu, Romanița Iovan, Alexandru Raicu) and creative newcomers (Dorothea Oszvar, Bianca Ilonca), the event was attended by some of the most relevant presences in the Romanian fashion industry (Maurice Munteanu, Alina Tanasă, Diana Enciu, Andrei Grigorie).

The desire to create not only a

fashion event but also a strong and passionate community around the hashtag determined the team to safely organize the second edition last year during the COVID-19 pandemic, on the rooftop of Atrium Mall in Arad. All proceeds collected in ticket sales were donated to charity. "Fashion show on the bridge" the 2021 AFD event brought to the public's attention a unique location, on a bridge that crosses the Mures River, and was hugely successful not only because of the location but also because of the designers who attended the event.
