TIMPLADOS CHICKEN INASAL OUR OWN FILIPINO GRILL STORY…
Not every grilled chicken has to taste the same.
At Timplados, our Chicken Inasal is our own interpretation of Filipino grilled chicken, inspired by the rich Kapampangan culinary tradition and the flavors we grew up enjoying around Bataan.
We wanted something that brings together what we love about Filipino ihaw juicy chicken, smoky grill flavor, flavorful seasoning, and that comforting aroma that makes you want to eat it with a steaming plate of rice.
While the name inasal is strongly associated with the famous Bacolod/Western Visayas grilled chicken tradition, but our version is not meant to copy or claim to be the traditional Bacolod-style inasal. Instead, Timplados presents its own take, inspired by the local Filipino grilling culture and the bold, homegrown flavors we love.
Because for us, food is more than just following a recipe. It is about culture, memories, family, and the different flavors that make Filipino food special.
