﴿يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ ۝ ارْجِعِي إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَرْضِيَّةً ۝ فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي ۝ وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي﴾

ببالغ الحزن والأسى، تنعى E3 فقيد الوطن الكبير، المغفور له بإذن الله تعالى، صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني، الذي انتقل إلى جوار ربه بعد مسيرةٍ خالدةٍ بالعطاء والإنجاز، ستظل راسخةً في ذاكرة الوطن وأبنائه.

نسأل الله عز وجل أن يتغمد الفقيد بواسع رحمته، وأن يغفر له، وأن يسكنه فسيح جناته، وأن يجزيه خير الجزاء على ما قدّم.

Do you love solving technical puzzles and keeping the fun alive? E3 is expanding its team in Doha, Qatar! We are seeking a hands-on, shift-ready FEC Technician to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of our Family Entertainment Centers.

From arcade classics and VR simulators to advanced card systems and venue AV setups, you’ll be the backbone that ensures our guests enjoy maximum uptime and seamless entertainment.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Repair & Maintenance: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electronic, and software faults across arcade and VR attractions.
📋 Preventive Care: Perform daily/weekly routine maintenance and keep accurate asset logs.
🎛️ Systems Support: Maintain cashless game card networks, POS systems, lighting rigs, and PA audio.
🎪 Event Activation: Install and configure new arrivals and support technical setups for seasonal events.

💼 Qualifications:
Diploma or Cert in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an FEC, theme park, or arcade environment (Talented freshers with strong theoretical knowledge are also welcome!).
Strong troubleshooting skills under operational pressure.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the mix of traditional HR operations and dynamic event-based staffing, this role is for you. You will play a key part in supporting our day-to-day HR administrative workflows while helping us power some of the most exciting events in the region.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

👥 Recruitment & Onboarding: Support full-cycle hiring for full-time, freelance, and event staff.
📝 HR Admin & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, track visa/RP expiries, and ensure alignment with Qatar Labour Law.
⏱️ Attendance & Payroll: Track shifts, verify project timesheets, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
🎪 Event Staffing Support: Coordinate with project managers to schedule, brief, and deploy temporary event crews.

💼 What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

2–4 years of HR experience (experience in events, hospitality, or fast-paced operations is a huge plus!).
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
