Olá a todos…
Recentemente houve uma questão com um projeto, algo que me fez pensar e repensar se isto tudo vale a pena.. As missangas, os corações as flores, as malas, os colares... Tudo...
Será que vale apena o dinheiro que é gasto em comprar missangas de várias cores e feitios para experimentar coisas novas, tentar fazer coisas novas, coisas diferentes.. Por momentos pensei que não, mas depois relembraram-me que sim... Vale sempre apena, porque eu faço isto para me distrair do meu dia - a - dia para esvaziar a cabeça do stress, para manter a minha saúde mental e isso é o que importa.
Partilho o meu "trabalho" com vocês com o intuito de mostrar o que tenho feito, não com o intuito exclusivo de vender....
As feiras são um bônus de convívio e de raro retorno monetário..
Obrigada a que está desse lado para me apoiar e a divulgar o meu "trabalho".

Obrigada a quem me apoia, a quem me dá dicas e lança desafios.

Hello everyone...
Recently there was an issue with a project, something that made me think and rethink whether all this is worth it... The beads, the hearts, the flowers, the bags, the necklaces... Everything...
Is it worth the money spent on buying beads of various colors and shapes to try new things, try to do new things, different things... For a moment I thought not, but then I was reminded that yes... It's always worth it, because I do this to distract myself from my day-to-day life, to clear my head of stress, to maintain my mental health, and that's what matters.
I share my “work” with you in order to show what I have been doing, not with the sole intention of selling....
The fairs are a bonus for socializing and a rare monetary return.
Thank you to those on the other side for supporting me and promoting my “work.”

Em conversa sobre missangas e projetos com missangas surgiu um “Poderias fazer um top…” a minha resposta foi um “ Nem penses nisso, não tenho tempo!”
A realidade é que pensei no assunto e pesquisei até encontrar um tutorial, pedi medidas e 2 meses depois (ou mais) aqui está o projeto terminado. O que acharam deste projeto?

In a conversation about beads and bead projects, a question came up: “You could make a top...” My response was, “Don’t even think about it, I don’t have time!”
The truth is, I thought about it and researched until I found a tutorial, asked for measurements, and two months later (or more), here is the finished project.

Ao longo do tempo tenho criado uma espécie de “ritual”, criar um grupo de “condições favoráveis” para fazer as malas, brincos ou colares com missangas 🤭😅 coisas que não podem faltar.
Recentemente agarrei-me à máquina de costura e fiz este “tapete” para colocar as missangas para não fugirem e para a peça não estar sempre a “bater” na mesa..
Não está 100% perfeita mas fiz o melhor que sei..
Sendo assim faço uma combinação de objetos essenciais para fazer o que tanto gosto 😊

Over time, I created a kind of “ritual”, creating a group of “favorable conditions” to make bags, earrings or necklaces with beads 🤭😅 things that can’t be missing.
I recently grabbed my sewing machine and made this “mat” to put the beads on so they don’t run away and so the piece doesn’t “bang” on the table.
It’s not 100% perfect, but I did the best I know how.
So I make a combination of essential objects to do what I love so much 😊

Quem diria que um saquinho de pano iria me dar tanta dor de cabeça 🤕
Eu gosto muito de costurar mas não tenho assim muito jeito ainda! Esta foi a experiência de hoje, uma saquinho para guardar os discos desmaquilhantes. Até que saiu bem sendo a primeira vez que faço um saquinho destes… Cada saquinho leva 6 discos 😊

E claro que no fim do dia tive ajuda para cortar mais tecido 😸

Who would have thought that a cloth bag would give me such a headache 🤕
I really like sewing but I'm not very good at it yet! This was today's experience, a little bag to store makeup remover pads. It turned out pretty well, being the first time I've made a little bag like this... Each bag contains 6 discs 😊

And of course at the end of the day I had help cutting more fabric 😸

Acho que já deu para entender que gosto imenso de experimentar coisas novas, desta vez foi o vinil termocolante.
O corte na Portrait correu bem depois de calibrada e de faca mudada.

Agora a colocação na bolsa de pano nem por isso, isto porque utilizei um ferro de engomar no máximo. Mas isto faz tudo parte, tentativa e erro.
O quê que aprendi? Não posso colocar o ferro no máximo 🤔
Agora assim, tenho uma bolsa de pano para te**es 😅
Próxima vez vai sair melhor...

I think you can already tell that I really like trying new things, this time it was the heat transfer vinyl.
The cut on the Portrait went well after calibrating and changing the knife.

But putting it on the fabric bag, not so much, because I used an iron on maximum. But this is all part of trial and error.
What did I learn? I can't put the iron on maximum 🤔
Now I will have a fabric bag for testing 😅
Next time it will turn out better...

Só tenho a dizer que esta “bichinha” trabalhou bem.
Um vinil difícil de cortar mas com lâmina certa ficou tudo perfeito.
No final quase que a máquina queria desistir da vida… 😅

This afternoon’s work…
I just have to say that this “little bug” worked well.
A difficult vinyl to cut but with the right blade everything was perfect.
In the end, the machine almost wanted to give up on life…

Fui “desafiada” para criar estas duas peças..
Dois brincos com uma função importante..

Brincos “anti-perda” dos tampões de ouvido tipo LOOP.

Loop são um acessório essencial para muita gente incluindo eu que utilizo para descansar após o turno da noite pois faz cancelamento total ou parcial do ruído..
A quem necessitar recomendo a 100%.

I was “challenged” to create these two pieces..
Two earrings with an important function..

“Anti-loss” earrings for LOOP earplugs.

Loops are an essential accessory for many people, including me.
I use them to rest after a night shift because they cancel out noise completely or partially..
I recommend them 100% to anyone who needs them.

Mas por vezes não tenho material necessário para que a encomenda seja feita de imediato e o processo de encomendar e receber o material é demorado, o que me deixa frustrada..

A sorte é que estou rodeada de pessoas de bem e compreensíveis e ainda me dão este feedback maravilhoso 🥰

But sometimes I don't have the necessary material to make the order immediately and the process of ordering and receiving the material takes a long time, which leaves me frustrated.

Vim para Portugal ainda pequena mas o meu coração ainda pertence a África, é diferente, não sei explicar

Sou Enfermeira de profissão 🏥e Bombeira Voluntária desde 2005 🚑🚒

Adoro animais tenho 3 gatos que por vezes “ajudam” com os projetos das missangas 🥲

Comecei a fazer pequenas pulseiras e gargantilhas em missangas como passatempo e depois fui pesquisar sobre porta-chaves e malas. É uma boa forma de descontrair do stress do dia-a-dia.

Tenho a agradecer à minha família e amigos que sempre me ajudaram e deram feedback.
E quero agradecer-vos por estarem desse lado a ajudar a divulgar o meu trabalho.

I came to Portugal when I was still young, but my heart still belongs to Africa, it’s different, I can’t explain it.

I’m a nurse by profession 🏥 and a volunteer firefighter since 2005 🚑🚒

I love animals and I have 3 cats that sometimes “help” with the bead projects 🥲

I started making small bead bracelets and necklaces as a hobby and then I started researching keychains and bags. It’s a good way to relax from the stress of everyday life.

I would like to thank my family and friends who have always helped me and given me feedback.
