Sometimes it doesn’t take much.
A piece of grass.
A few drops of rain.
The quiet of the morning.
And suddenly you stop.
I took these photographs after the rain, when everything outside felt so fresh and almost unreal.
The drops looked like little tears to me. There was something familiar about them, something nostalgic — like remembering a dream just before it disappears.
Maybe that’s what I like about photography.
You see something for only a moment, and somehow you get to keep it.
A new day. A quiet morning. One small dream.
Hasselblad / black & white.
