Some places welcome you with a smile. Others welcome you with a story.

At the entrance of ME Lisbon, I found Everything I Couldn’t Leave Behind, a suspended installation by Joana Astolfi made from objects collected over years of travel.

Suitcases, hats, books, memories, fragments of places and people.

A reminder that we never travel light. We carry experiences, encounters and little pieces of every place that changed us.

This was one of my favourite discoveries during my stay at ME Lisbon.

Pros? Decision fatigue conquered (no more closet full of clothes and nothing to wear when you can only choose a certain color), mood enhanced (every color has a different vibration in the eletromagnectic spectrum, and wearing it head to toe helps me channel that day’s energ
