CultureLab is currently developing intercultural trainings for international students and also workshops specifically designed for corporate staff. Our trainers are highly versatile, have a wide experience of living, studying and working abroad and have found themselves in a large array of cultural (mis)understandings throughout their life. They have experience working in corporate environments de

livering both language and culture courses to staff. In current society people are faced with numerous situations where they have to communicate with peers of other cultures. The risk for culture shock and misunderstandings caused by different cultural backgrounds is high. Different communication styles, hierarchical distances or levels of individualism can play an important role keeping a harmonious environment between employees and/or in an academic environment.

CultureLab has been selected out of around 13.000 projects in the entrepreneurship competition "Acredita Portugal". We had the opportunity to pitch our idea and vision yesterday at the semi-final!

The objective of the competition is to foster a culture of possibility to liberate the entrepreneurial potential of the Portuguese. It was a great opportunity to receive feedback and network with other creative minds.
