CultureLab Lisbon CultureLab offers intercultural communication trainings to diverse target groups

CultureLab is currently developing intercultural trainings for international students and also workshops specifically designed for corporate staff. Our trainers are highly versatile, have a wide experience of living, studying and working abroad and have found themselves in a large array of cultural (mis)understandings throughout their life. They have experience working in corporate environments delivering both language and culture courses to staff. In current society people are faced with numerous situations where they have to communicate with peers of other cultures. The risk for culture shock and misunderstandings caused by different cultural backgrounds is high. Different communication styles, hierarchical distances or levels of individualism can play an important role keeping a harmonious environment between employees and/or in an academic environment.
