Sun hats. Backpack straps. The smell of fresh citrus in the heat. 🍊

This little A4 watercolour is inspired by one of those roadside orange stands you stumble across in the Algarve-bright umbrellas, hand-painted signs, and bags of laranjas glowing like tiny suns.

I loved exaggerating the colour and letting the ink lines stay loose and playful. The Sagres red, the punchy oranges, the splashy greens, it’s all about capturing that casual, holiday feeling rather than perfect detail.

“3 sacos €5” might be the best deal in Portugal.
