I am Ali Tayeh, a visual artist from Gaza City. My art has always been my voice to express life, hope, and beauty but today, I have no voice except to cry for help.

Since October 7th, my family and I have been trapped under a suffocating siege, living in a hell of hunger, fear, and constant danger. There is not enough food, no clean water, no medicine, and no safe place to go. Starvation is at our doorstep, while bombings and threats of a full-scale invasion make every moment feel like it could be our last.

We are unarmed civilians, not numbers in a news report, but human beings who love life and fear losing it. I ask the world to see me as a human being before seeing me as an artist.

I urgently appeal to international organizations and the signatory states of the UN Charter to act immediately to secure a safe humanitarian corridor to rescue my family and all trapped civilians.
This is not a political request it is a purely human plea from a father trying to protect his children from death by hunger or bombing.

Do not let art, life, and hope die in Gaza.
Save us.

With the ceasefire in effect
Today, we live a joy mixed with sadness as the nightmare of 470 days of killing, destruction, displacement, fear and terror ends. Yes, the ceasefire gives us a moment to catch our breath, but it does not bring back our loved ones and friends we lost, those who should have shared this moment with us and celebrated the end of these harsh days.

Today, we are on the verge of telling the true story of what we lived through, far from the media’s deception and the lies of analysts. They were difficult days that no human mind can imagine, as death was closer to us than our jugular vein. We lived in shameful global silence and a racist humanity that saw us only as numbers. Despite this, there were free people from all over the world who stood by us bravely, supported us and communicated with us during this ordeal, and left an unforgettable mark on our lives.

The difficult days we lived through will remain engraved in our memories, haunting us in our dreams and days, no matter how hard we try to overcome and forget them. History will not be able to erase these dark chapters, but they will be a witness to our will and steadfastness.

We thank all the families who opened their doors and hearts to receive us, provided us with shelter and clothing, and embraced us as if we were part of their families. In Al-Maghazi camp, Al-Zawaida village, and Deir Al-Balah city, we saw the highest meanings of true patriotism that we lack in some aspects of our society. These families embodied Palestinian solidarity in its most beautiful form.

We will not forget the support fronts that faced the Zionist-American genocide projects with pride and dignity. The brotherly Yemeni people wrote an unforgettable chapter in this battle with the blood of their fighters, and the Lebanese people stood with all courage, offering the best of their youth in defense of Gaza, and facing the Zionist killing machine with pride.

All love and appreciation to the free peoples around the world who did not hesitate to defend Gaza by all possible means, from South Africa to Ireland and Italy. These peoples embodied the meaning of humanity and global solidarity, and stood by us in the most difficult moments.

But the memory of those we loved and accompanied will remain forever as a scar on the face when you see yourself in the mirror every morning..
The pain is so great, so great, like everything else..
And if they return us to our homes, who will return our loved ones to us! ..

Glory and immortality to our righteous martyrs, a speedy recovery to our wounded, and freedom to our brave prisoners behind bars.
It is a battle of steadfastness and dignity that will not be forgotten, and we will continue to tell it to future generations as a chapter of the Palestinian struggle.

Today I start my 31st year, my birthday came in this war twice, maybe this is just a normal event for you, but it is a whole year of displacement and migration and fleeing in search of safety, not shelter, safety from bombs and killing...

I could have celebrated this day on the beach of Gaza with my wife and daughter, and we would have returned to our warm home to continue the celebration with the family...

But here is the war stealing from me the simplest human moments, this day that should be exceptional in a person's life to spend relaxing and enjoying the company of family...

I thank everyone who congratulated me on this day, thank you from the bottom of my heart it gives me some energy to complete the journey, will we continue or will we be part of the story?
We survived until now

Hello,
I am Ali, from Gaza, I am invited you to Help my Family Rebuild Their Lives

In the heart of Gaza, the my family has faced unimaginable hardships. The recent conflict has left them with nothing, their home destroyed, and their lives shattered. Yet, amidst the rubble, there remains a glimmer of hope – and that hope is you.

Imagine losing everything you hold dear in an instant. Imagine the fear, the uncertainty, and the overwhelming sense of loss. This is the reality for the my family. But together, we can make a difference.

Your donation, no matter how small, can help them rebuild their lives. It can provide shelter, food, clothing, and the basic necessities that many of us take for granted. It can bring back a sense of normalcy and give them the strength to move forward.

Let’s stand in solidarity with the my family. Let’s show them that they are not alone in this world, that compassion and humanity still exist. Together, we can be the light that guides them through their darkest hour.

Donate today and help the my family find hope again. Every contribution counts. Every act of kindness makes a difference. Let’s rebuild lives, one donation at a time.

My family in Gaza is enduring severe hardships. They urgently need assistance to survive. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a crucial difference. Please donate if you can and share this message widely!

After nearly two weeks of the ground assault on Deir al-Balah, and my displacement from there, the mural I painted remains standing, resilient against all odds. We may be forced to leave, but the traces of our existence, like the steadfast olive trees, remain rooted in the land.

This mural, a symbol of hope and resistance, stands tall in the midst of destruction, a reminder that even in the darkest times, beauty and resilience can endure. It reflects the strength of our spirit and the deep connection we have to our homeland, a bond that no force can sever.

Even when we are physically absent. We may be displaced, but our stories, our art, and our spirit remain in the heart of Gaza.

Through this mural, I hope to convey that while we may be forced to flee, our legacy lives on, unwavering and proud. Our art, like the olive trees, will continue to stand as a testament to our endurance and our unbreakable connection to the land.

Time is blood, every 10 minutes a child dies here...
Time is blood, every 10 minutes here women die...
Time is blood, every 10 minutes here a family dies...
Time is blood, and our blood is not a commodity and is not cheap. Stop the waterfall of blood, stop this war.
Time is blood...
We are killing in full view of the world, and no one is talking about stopping the war. Everyone is talking about aid as if we were killing animals. We will not forgive anyone, and we will not forgive, and in the presence of God souls will come together and we will hold you all accountable.

Stop the war now, time is blood...

The situation in the central governorates of the Gaza Strip is catastrophic, as there is a scarcity of food supplies and vegetables. Famine will occur soon within a day or two and at the latest until the end of this week. The Israeli forces have closed the crossings and roads between the south and center of the Strip, and are attacking Vehicles and people on the road. Since last night and until now, we hear many sounds of bombs and explosions near and far. The city of Khan Yunis, which is considered the second largest city in the Gaza Strip, is now being exposed to a very heavy barrage of bombs, and the city of Deir al-Balah as well. The death toll is rising. Every day in a very crazy way, we have exceeded 27,000 dead since the beginning of the conflict. Things are heading for the worst. We do not know what will happen. There are no predictions for the future, neither near nor distant.
Things are very, very bad, and the situation is catastrophic.
Stop these massacres now.....
