The goal of Total Reset Retreat is for every participant to leave feeling renewed, rewired, and transformed. Pole & Dance Fitness + Mindfulness practices

The retreat encompasses movement (on or off of the pole), meditation, sound/energy healing, and other activities designed to shift your awareness back to the real you. Where there is a blockage in your movement, there is a blockage in your mind. It is difficult to move with ease if internally you are not at ease. Total Reset Retreat is designed to curate an inclusive space where regardless of race

, color, gender or any other identifier, you feel at ease with being and showing who you are. There is magnificence inside of you waiting for you to allow it space to be seen. Allow YOURSELF to be seen.

We’re excited to be back in PR with our AMAZING studio host

What's included in the package:
- 5 - night hotel stay at Tryp by Wyndam Isla Verde
- 6 pole classes with Jball, Poundcake & Jade the Serpent
- 3 Group Soundbath + Guided Meditations (these double as group coaching sessions)
- 1 Release Ceremony on the final day
- 2 1-on-1 healing sessions (one with each healer)… the sessions will focus on your personal needs
- Group excursion ( boat trip, weather permitting - in the case of poor sea conditions we will adjust the activity)

There is so much information on the chakras but little that actually allows us to work through them in a practical way.

Healing requires constant self examination and the 1st chakra is one of the first areas that must be healed for overall energetic balance. The problem isn’t that we don’t have the answers, but rather that we aren’t asking the right questions!

The atmosphere of this new calendar year is perfect for the cultivation of practices of DISCIPLINE.

Developing/following a spiritual practice sends the message to the divine that “I’m willing to show up for myself” and in return, the divine shows up for us.
