Ok, hey, so….it’s been a long time coming, but I finally did it. I started Substack’ing my thoughts on creativity, identity, and general work-life unbalance.
There is a lot of things that I’ve been wanting to share and I guess now the time has come to stop bottling it all inside, and let you in on it. I do know nobody reads these days. But hey, who will tell me not to try another new thing (not so new really, considering I joined Substack years ago already, it’s just been brewing).
Well, anyway, here to see if I am able to add public journalling to my list of things no one asked for and no one needs.
But in case anyone decides to go through the pains of reading a few paragraphs from a post-idealistic-creative, a quick heads up:
❤️I am writing this for everyone who’s devoted years to making things, building things, improving things, changing things, for everyone who has been curious, authentic, creative, and who now is also already years in teraphy, maybe depressed, maybe pivoted their career a couple of times, maybe burnt out and thinking about leaving it all, changing the country, the name, and going to grow carrots on a remote island.
I want to try and figure out how to survive as a creative in this circus of a world that’s gone positively mad🎪
I have a completely ungrounded hypothesis, that creativity is the only thing that can save us all. And I am willing to see if I can prove that🤹♀️
