The Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene is one of Wrocław’s most important Gothic churches, located in the historic city center. Built in the 13th century as a brick Gothic church by the citizens and council of Breslau, it served as one of the city’s main Protestant churches until 1945. Today, it belongs to the Polish Catholic Church and remains one of the most recognizable landmarks of Wrocław. In July it will serve as a Stage for the MUCE - Festival.
