It just so happens that I choose construction sites to spend my free time at

Modeling, writing, drawing, reading...

Nothing is comparable to good old physical work

And it is more than that

Construction fills my life with meaning.
I used to study architecture and it always felt like a very responsible job — to build a place where people would exist. And even though I don’t design — I construct what is already designed — I still shape the space with my hands. Each wall I build is my contribution to a more comfortable, beautiful, pleasant life. Not my life — the life of people I’ve never known, of those whom I will influence with my work.
