That was my favorite spot in DC. Overlooking National Mall, and from the top floor whole city. Once the tallest building in the world still is impressive when standing at its base.

Looking out at the concrete jungle and feeling the World Coming Down. Peter Steele’s spirit definitely wanders through these bridges again and rips through back into our world.
