When your crochet pattern helps change the world... 🥹🔥✨
Last winter, a lovely woman from Belgium reached out to me. She asked if she could use my Fire Spirit pattern for a huge charity project called De Warmste Week.
While I was balancing my 4-kid chaos at home, an incredible team of talented makers in Belgium was busy crocheting. Look at all these adorable little Fire Spirits they made...
They raised over €11,000 for charity! 🤯 Drop by drop, stitch by stitch, they created something absolutely magnificent.
Knowing that a character born in my mind helped raise such an incredible amount for people in need...My heart is so full. ❤
They also sent me a generous donation to thank me for the pattern. Their kindness blew me away. Their page on fb is "Draad en zo"
