Agnes Zwierko studied at the Fryderyk Chopin Music Academy, where she graduated from in 1994, having received a master grade in computer science and electronics at the Warsaw University of Science and Technology beforehand. She has since sung for the major concert halls and opera houses in Poland and for international opera houses and companies including Teatr Wielki - Opera Narodowa Warszawa, Tea

From a couple of years Zwierko realizes her ambitions also in teaching young singers and giving master clasess. From 2017 she is the professor of singing in the F.Chopin Music University, department in Białystok. In January 2021 she got the title of doctor habilitated professor of musical arts in the musical discipline of vocal studies. Since 2016 she holds the title of Gold Engineer of Honour got from Main Technical Organization in Poland
