شیتل اور زرک تیری محبت کو سلام ۔۔۔۔
آپ نے محبت کی بنیاد پر نکاح کیا
حلال راستہ چُنا، کسی کا دل نہیں دکھایا، کسی قانون کی خلاف ورزی نہیں کی۔ مگر اُن کا قصور بس اتنا تھا کہ انہوں نے "پسند" سے شادی کی۔
اور زیادہ تر غیرت کے ٹھیکیداروں کی غیرت کو پسند سے نکاح کبھی برداشت نہیں رہا۔

دعوت پر بلایا گیا، مگر یہ کھانے کی نہیں، مارنے کی دعوت تھی۔
چٹیل میدان، قافلہ گاڑیاں، 19 مرد —5 لوڈڈ بندوقیں — اور بیچ میں دو بے بس انسان۔۔۔
شیتل، ہاتھ میں قرآن لیے، خود قتل گاہ کی جانب بڑھی، اُس کے لبوں پر التجا نہیں تھی، رحم کی درخواست نہیں تھی، صرف ایک جملہ:

"صرف گولی مارنے کی اجازت ہے۔۔۔"

اور پھر 9 گولیاں — ایک عورت کی محبت، وقار، وجود، سب کچھ چھین لیا گیا۔

پھر زرک کی باری آئی — 18 گولیاں — تاکہ غیرت کا توازن برقرار رہے۔
کیسی عدالت تھی یہ، جس میں جرم محبت تھا اور سزا موت؟

جہاں باپ، بھائی، چچا، ماموں سب مل کر اپنی ہی بیٹی، بہن، بھتیجی کو قتل کرتے ہیں اور پھر راضی نامہ نامی کاغذ سے سب دھو ڈالتے ہیں۔

کیا کسی نے سوال کیا کہ:

اگر قرآن اُس کے ہاتھ میں تھا تو تمہارے ہاتھ میں بندوق کیوں تھی؟
اگر وہ "بے غیرت" تھی، تو تم نے غیرت کا ثبوت کس عمل سے دیا؟

شیتل مر گئی۔۔۔ مگر وہ ہزاروں سوال چھوڑ گئی۔
اور شاید کل کوئی اور شیتل، کسی اور زرک کے ساتھ اُسی میدان میں کھڑی ہو، اُسی پگڑی کے نیچے انصاف مانگے، اور پھر مٹی میں دفن کر دی جائے۔

سوال صرف یہ ہے:
کیا غیرت کے نام پر قتل کرنے والوں کی غیرت، صرف
نکاح کرنے والوں کے لئے کیوں جاگتی ہے اس کا حق تو انہیں ان کا خالق بھی دیتا ہے

اور اگر یہی غیرت کسی بیٹے کی حرام کاری پر نہیں جاگتی،
کسی زانی کو سر عام شریعت اسلامیہ کے تحت کوڑے نہیں مارے جاتے تو پھر یہ غیرت نہیں۔۔۔ یہ بزدلی ہے۔

سورۃُ النِّساء میں یہ واضح طور پر لکھا ہوا ہے۔۔۔۔!

"فَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ أَن يَنكِحْنَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ إِذَا تَرَاضَوْا بَيْنَهُم بِالْمَعْرُوفِ"
ترجمہ:
"پس تم اُن (عورتوں) کو نہ روکو کہ وہ اپنے شوہروں سے نکاح کر لیں، جب کہ وہ آپس میں معروف طریقے سے راضی ہو جائیں۔
