Congratulations to Agha Baqir Al-Hussani and the entire team on the nearing completion of the Phealong water diversion project! This achievement is truly remarkable, especially considering the historical significance of such projects in Baltistan, like the Kharpocho Gangu Water Channel, which have greatly benefited from public assistance.

The success of this project will have a profound impact on Skardu city, alleviating shortages in drinking water, agriculture, and energy. It's a testament to the team's dedication and hard work.

*Key Benefits of the Project:*
- _Improved Water Supply_: Enhanced access to clean drinking water for residents.
- _Boost to Agriculture_: Increased water availability for irrigation, promoting agricultural growth.
- _Enhanced Energy Production_: Potential for increased hydroelectric power generation.

This accomplishment not only repeats the history of Raja Ali Sher Khan Anchon's achievements but also paves the way for a brighter future for the region.

Once again, congratulations to everyone involved in making this project a success!

Sadpara village has become a trusted, authentic, and reputable name in the field of mountaineering. The world's largest and impossible rescue operation was carried out by the Sadpara mountaineering team this year on K-2, where they retrieved the body of Hassan Shigri(a high Altitude porter), who had lost his life at an altitude of 8200 meters. The experts who called this rescue an impossible task, the renowned Pakistani mountaineers made it possible and created a new history.
The team members, including Dilawar Sadpara, Akbar Hussain Sadpara, Zakir Sadpara, Muhammad Murad Sadpara, and Ali Muhammad Sadpara, have entered this field of mountain for self-employment and livelihood. If the government provides proper patronage, they can perform even better.
Despite all the unfavorable circumstances, the way these young people are making a name for themselves in this field is unparalleled. There are over 30 brave mountaineers in Sadpara village who have climbed at least eight thousand feet high peaks, and some of them have climbed all the eight-thousanders in Pakistan, and some have climbed the same peak three times.
It is also noteworthy that most of the Sadpara mountaineers who have climbed these mountains have reached high altitudes without oxygen, and now it is necessary to establish a world-class mountaineering training institution in Sadpara. In this regard, the conscious people of Sadpara have built a building called Sadpara Mountaineering School with their own resources and the help of the Pakistan Army, and all the individuals involved in this rescue mission are the founders of this school. The strengthening of this institution will not only boost the morale of these mountaineers but also play an important role in promoting tourism in the region.
Most of the individuals who have received the Presidential Award in the tourism sector are from Sadpara. Late Nisar Sadpara, Late Hassan Sadpara, and Ali Sadpara, like great mountaineers, have won this award by proving their mettle. It is also worth noting that many people have lost their lives in these mountains due to the lack of such institutions in the region that can provide specialized training to those who conquer mountains with strength and Copied

The first step to creating a safety-first mindset is to identify and assess the potential hazards in your workplace. These can include physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, or psychosocial risks that can harm your workers or the environment. You can use various methods to identify hazards, such as inspections, audits, surveys, incident reports, or feedback from workers.
Once you have identified the hazards, you need to evaluate their likelihood and severity, and prioritize the ones that pose the most serious threats
