DPO Mardan Hosts the talented Students of PCA- AWKUM, Awards Certificates and Announces Internship Opportunities

District Police Officer (DPO) Mardan invited the talented students of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) to his office, where he interacted with them in an encouraging and informative session. On the occasion, the DPO awarded certificates to top-performing and brilliant students in recognition of their academic excellence.
During the interaction, the DPO announced internship opportunities for AWKUM students in various fields within the police department, aimed at providing them with practical exposure and hands-on professional experience.
The DPO encouraged them to work hard, remain committed to their studies, and contribute positively to society. He emphasized the importance of strengthening police–citizen relations, stating that mutual trust and cooperation are essential for ensuring law and order.
The event concluded on a positive note, with students expressing gratitude for the guidance and opportunities extended by the DPO.

عبدالولی خان یونیورسٹی مردان میں 10.8 ملین روپے کی اسکالرشپس کی منظوری

عبدالولی خان یونیورسٹی مردان میں طلبہ و طالبات کو 10.8 ملین روپے کی اسکالرشپس دینے کی منظوری دے دی گئی۔ اس سلسلے میں ایک اہم اجلاس وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جمیل احمد کی زیر صدارت منعقد ہوا، جس میں یونیورسٹی کے اعلیٰ حکام نے شرکت کی۔
اجلاس میں ڈائریکٹر فنانس ڈاکٹر فیضان ملک، رجسٹرار حسن خان، ڈائریکٹر ایڈمنشن اینڈ فائننشل ایڈ ڈاکٹر عامر،ایڈیشنل ڈائریکٹر کیو ای سی ابرار حسین عمرزئی ، ڈائریکٹر پلاننگ کامران اور ڈاکٹر شوکت موجود تھے۔

اس موقع پر ڈائریکٹر ایڈمیشن اینڈ فائننشل ایڈ ڈاکٹر عامر نے اجلاس کو تفصیلات سے آگاہ کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ مختلف اسکالرشپ اسکیموں کے تحت 2307 امیدواروں نے درخواستیں جمع کرائیں، جن میں سے 221 طلبہ و طالبات کو اسکالرشپس کی منظوری دی گئی۔ یہ اسکالرشپس SWEF، Need-Based، Merit اور HEC Scholarship Programs کے تحت دی گئی ہیں۔
وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جمیل احمد نے اس موقع پر کہا کہ یونیورسٹی میں تمام اسکالرشپس شفاف طریقے سے اور مکمل میرٹ کی بنیاد پر دی گئی ہیں، تاکہ مستحق اور قابل طلبہ کو تعلیمی سفر میں سہولت فراہم کی جا سکے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ عبدالولی خان یونیورسٹی مردان طلبہ کی فلاح و بہبود اور معیاری تعلیم کے فروغ کے لیے ہر ممکن اقدامات جاری رکھے گی۔
