The Institute of Design and Visual Arts, LCWU, organized a seminar on the historical and cultural significance of Basant titled “Lo Phir Basant Aayi.” The seminar featured Dr. Kanwal Khalid as the resource person, who is an expert in the field of Art History.
Dr. Kanwal Khalid highlighted the cultural importance of Basant and traced its origins to traditional spring festivals, emphasizing its role in regional heritage. Faculty members and students actively attended the seminar and gained valuable insights into the historical and cultural context of Basant.
