Animal Character Illustration Series
Introducing my Animal Character Illustration Series — a collection of three expressive characters: Buffalo, Donkey & Rooster.
For this project, I focused on creating strong and memorable personalities through facial expressions, exaggerated shapes, stylized features, hand-drawn linework, and textured colors.
Each character was illustrated with a different personality:
Buffalo — Strong • Calm • Friendly
Donkey — Funny • Playful • Full of Energy
Rooster — Bold • Confident • Attitude
I created these illustrations in Krita, exploring a combination of traditional sketching aesthetics with digital painting and watercolor-inspired textures.
The goal was to keep the characters simple, expressive, colorful, and visually memorable.
