TO whom it may concern

Extremely pathetic service. First i had a great deal locating Mobicash retailer shop after it i called 4444 to locate nearest retailer after going to 4 retailers shop i Got a same lame answer that you can send from here but you can't receive from here after it i complained on 4444 they registered my complain then after 15 mins i called the customer representative asked me 100 questions who send you what's the number blah blah then again told me to wait i will get a call back. the best line he quoted me wait until tomorrow morning and receive from a mobilink franchise if this was the scenario i would have got it deposited in my account and received it through my ATM. my brother was charged 400 rs to transfer money and this what i get pathetic service.... I NEED A APOLOGY I WANT MY MONEY RIGHT NOW STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL MY LOCATION BOAT BASIN..........
