Story :
I’m Sumaira Imran, CEO of Baker’s Inn and a professional dessert chef. I’m a native born Pakistani and a mother of 4. I was raised in Karachi my entire life. Since childhood I possessed immense love for arts and different types ot craft where creativity was in question.
I graduated from Rana Liaquat college in 2003 in applied arts. After graduation I i didn’t pursue my career professionally however, I kept on taking various arts and crafts related classes consistently.
Even after getting married, I used to take on various workshops such as jewellery making, oil painting, and foil work. I even sold a few of my paintings.
My childhood dream was to become a full-time artist, however life has it’s own way of unfolding. In 2015 I stumbled across a fondant cake decoration class. I took up that class without any intention of starting out as a full-time baker however, fate took a turn and since that one fondant class I’ve been running a successful home based online bakery famously known as Baker’s Inn.
Honestly speaking, I never saw myself as a baker but life took a wild turn and now I’m a full time passionate baker.
Furthermore, I’ve done professional diploma in dessert and patisserie from COTHM. Now I’ve been serving my satisfied clientel for the past 8 years.
I specialise in unique fondant art cakes, cookies, cupakes, and many other dessert items.
Further more I am also reiki and cupping therapist too ❤️
