Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Desk / Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing IT support services, including Office 365, Active Directory, and other key technologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office 365: Provide support for Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and license management.
Manage Engine: Handle ticket management, SLA adherence, and asset inventory checks using Manage Engine.
Active Directory: Manage user accounts and assets, ensuring proper configuration and security within Active Directory.
SCCM Client: Perform basic tasks related to SCCM, including device management and client health validation.
Desktop/Laptop Support: Offer comprehensive software and hardware support for desktop and laptop systems.
Azure: Support and manage basic Azure services and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS Computer Science
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
