Alhamdulillah! The Dramatic Society, University of Education Jauharabad Campus, has once again brought great honor to the institution by securing 1st Position in the Inter-Universities Punjabi Natak Competition, organized by Punjab Institute of Language, Art and Culture (PILAC).
The competition witnessed the participation of teams from 18 renowned universities, including University of the Punjab (PU), Kinnaird College University, Government College University (GCU) Lahore, University of Central Punjab (UCP), University of Lahore (UOL), Superior University, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB), University of Sargodha (UoS), and Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU), among others.
This remarkable achievement is a testament to the exceptional talent, dedication, and hard work of our students, along with the committed guidance of their mentors. The entire university community extends heartfelt congratulations to the Dramatic Society for this outstanding success.

پنجاب انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف لینگوئج آرٹس این کلچر کے زیر اہتمام الحمرا آرٹس کونسل لاہور میں پانچ روزہ پنجاب ناٹک مقابلہ 2025 کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔
18 سے 22 نومبر تک جاری رہنے والے اس مقابلے میں پنجاب کی نمائندہ یونیورسٹیوں سے آئی ناٹک منڈلیوں نے مختلف موضوعات پر پنجابی کھیل پیش کیے۔
مقابلے کے آخری روز یونیورسٹی آف ایجوکیشن لاہور، جوہرآباد کیمپس کی ڈرامیٹکس سوسائٹی نے "محکم سنگھ" کے نام سے ایک شاندار پنجابی ناٹک پیش کیا۔ کھیل کی کہانی روڈہ تھل خوشاب کے حقیقی کردار محکم سنگھ کی تھل کی مٹی سے وفا اور محبت کی داستان تھی جس کو مقابلے کے ججز فلم اور ٹی وی کے سینئر اداکار راشد محمود، ممتازو سینئر ڈراما ڈائریکٹر حفیظ طاہراور معروف تھیٹر ڈائریکٹر و ٹرینر رخسانہ خان سمیت ہال میں آئے دیگر حاضرین نے خوب پسند کیا۔
انچارج سوسائٹیز میڈم حنا دلدار کی زیر نگرانی پیش کیے جانے والے اس کھیل کے لکھاری و ہدایات کار عدیل عباس عادل تھے جبکہ باقی کاسٹ میں رضوان عقیل، محمد تنویر، شاہد فاروق، مزمل امین، ثنا ارشد، عثمان مانی، آفرین شہزادی، ذیشان منیر مہر، سعدیہ ستار، مہوش تحسین ، غلام عباس سونو، علینہ سعدیہ ، عریشہ جہاں ، انیس حیدر، سجاول ، ہارون ، سبطین رضا اور عاطف کے نام شامل ہیں۔ معاون ہدایت کار نذر عباس نے روشنی و موسیقی کے امور کو سنبھالا، جن کے ساتھ پروڈکشن ٹیم کے طور پر حامد محمود، مقدس عمران اور حماد نے اہم ذمہ
داریاں نبھائیں۔

We are thrilled to confirm that Adeel Abbas Adil, a highly distinguished and influential young figure in Pakistani art and literature, will join as the Head of the Dramatics Society Advisory Board at UE Lahore, Jauharabad Campus.
Adil's profile is unmatched: he is a celebrated poet, a theatre practitioner (Actor, Writer, Director, Producer, Critic) with a 10+ year professional career, and an A-Category Drama Artist for Radio Pakistan Lahore.
His roles as a Producer and Consultant for web channels and private productions ensure that our students benefit from a contemporary, industry-focused perspective.
Currently pursuing his PhD in Literature at UE Lahore, AAA’s dedicated kindness has been foundational since 2023 in building the arts culture and literature at our campus. We are privileged to have his profound and multi-faceted expertise guiding our future.
