EHSAAS. THE FEELING THAT STAYS

As Ramadan draws to a close, we pause and ask, what do we carry with us?

This month was a reminder. That certain things should never be seasonal. Ehsaas, that deep sense of feeling, of inner awareness, should not fade with the moon. The conscious choices we made should not stop when the fasts do. And that closeness to Allah, that quiet but powerful engagement, should never be left behind.

We are grateful to all the audience drawn closer due to these Ramadan Series. We may not have done everything we planned. But the lessons landed differently this time. Deeper.

Sometimes Allah lets you hit rock bottom so you can realize He is the only Rock that never breaks. Sometimes He removes people from your life so your heart learns to rely on Him alone. Sometimes Allah makes you wait longer than you expected, not because He has forgotten you, but because He is preparing something your current patience cannot yet understand. There are moments when life feels confusing, when du’as seem unanswered and paths seem unclear, but Allah sees the entire story while we only see a single page. What feels like a delay to you may actually be protection, what feels like loss may be redirection, and what feels like silence may be the calm before Allah opens doors you never imagined. So keep turning back to Him, keep making du’a, and keep trusting that the One who controls every moment of your life will never write a destiny for you except one filled with wisdom and mercy.

From pain, to hope, to grief, and to resilience, all quietly tucked behind their white coats and their commitment towards their profession and humanity, often with no space to release them.

We are excited to announce a safe space for healthcare workers in any and every domain, where their unseen journeys are spoken, heard and honored. .buland collaborating with and aim to help the health care workers reconnect with meaning and their emotions, while also inviting the people close to them to join for a safe emotional regulation space.

Through storytelling sessions, reflective activites and gentle interactive moments, the space nurtures empathy, community, and emotional healing for all who enter.
