The Centre of Excellence for National Cohesion and Outreach (CENCO), Lok Virsa, and the National Cyber Emergency Response Team (NCERT) signed an MoU to promote cyber awareness, digital literacy, and national cohesion.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Waqas Saleem, Executive Director, Lok Virsa, and Dr. Haider Abbass, Director General, NCERT.

Mr. Aurangzeb Khan Khichi, Federal Minister for National Heritage & Culture Division, addressed the “Marka-e-Haq: Cultural Manifestations” seminar at Lok Virsa, where he paid tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces and emphasized the importance of national unity, cultural heritage, and patriotism.

Centre of Excellence for National Cohesion & Outreach at Lok Virsa, successfully hosted the seminar at the Heritage Museum, Islamabad.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Mr. Aurangzeb Khan Khichi, Federal Minister for National Heritage & Culture Division, alongside distinguished speakers Lt Gen Raza Muhammad Khan (R), former Corps Commander & former President NDU, Air Vice Marshal (Retd) Asad Ikram, TI, SI, and Dr. Raja Qaiser Ahmad, Director Area Studies Center, QAU.
