'Collateral Damage' is a civic and theatre initiative by Theatre Wallay that explores how global events - wars, political decisions, and economic shifts - shape our everyday lives.

Beyond headlines and policy, the project looks at quieter impacts: changing relationships, unspoken fears, shifting beliefs, and the ways in which public events enter private spaces.

Through listening circles, writing workshops, interviews, and shared conversations, 'Collateral Damage' gathers personal reflections from diverse communities. These stories and fragments can then become text, image or video content for ssocial media, and can be developed into performance pieces.

Rooted in Pakistan but connected to a wider global reality, the project creates space for reflection, dialogue, and collective understanding, asking not just what happens in the world, but how it is lived.
