I grew up seeing my mom makes Tableya out from our cacao tree in our backyard. But what amazes me most was how she transform that Cacao Bean into a magic chocolate tablet ( Tableya). She would make Sikwate/ Tsokolate and Champorado out of it. Not just that, My mom taught me how to prepa

re a perfect Sikwate using the traditional Tsokolatera and Batirol ( Moniljo/ Molinillo)
