We would like to ask the Knives Out community for help regarding these permanently banned accounts:

ﾑИÐì𝐄••• – 𝟑𝟎𝟖𝟓𝟒𝟔𝟗𝟎𝟗𝟐
The owner has been a long-time VIP player and has spent a significant amount supporting the game. This player has no cheats, hacks, or third-party illegal software were used. He was only playing both accounts on one PC and using the normal auto-loot feature in Peninsula Escape.
Recently, he upgraded his PC and uses a Logitech mouse, which may have caused the anti-cheat system to mistakenly flag the accounts. We sincerely believe these accounts deserve help and fair review.
This situation is very disappointing and frustrating because I also experienced the same issue before. Getting permanently banned despite not intentionally cheating is very upsetting, especially for players who genuinely support and spend on the game.
Thankfully, my own account was eventually restored after I submitted an appeal because it was proven that I was not using cheats at all and the ban was only a mistake. That is why I truly believe these accounts also deserve a proper investigation and fair reconsideration.
We are asking everyone in the community to please help us appeal these accounts by emailing NetEase support through the Knives Out support emails, discord or by appealing directly in-game.
