Ingredients
* 2 cups rice flour
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 tbsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1 1/2 cups water
* 1 tbsp melted butter
* Cheese (for topping)
Procedure
1. Mix rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
2. Add water and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour batter into p**o molds.
4. Top with cheese.
5. Steam for 15–20 minutes.
6. Serve warm.
💜 P**o Bumbong
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups glutinous rice, soaked
* 1/2 cup purple rice (optional)
* 1 cup coconut milk
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 tsp salt
* Grated coconut (for topping)
* Butter (for topping)
Procedure
1. Soak glutinous rice (and purple rice if using) overnight.
2. Grind or blend until slightly coarse.
3. Steam in bamboo tubes or molds until cooked.
4. Remove carefully.
5. Top with butter, grated coconut, and brown sugar.
6. Serve warm.
🍯 Biko
Ingredients
* 2 cups glutinous rice, soaked
* 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure
1. Cook glutinous rice until soft.
2. In a pan, heat coconut milk, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla.
3. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens.
4. Add cooked rice and mix well.
5. Transfer to a tray and flatten evenly.
6. Cool before slicing.

Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 2 cups water
* 1/2 tsp lye water (or 1/4 tsp baking soda)
* 1/4 tsp salt
Procedure
1. Dissolve brown sugar in water.
2. Add flour, lye water, and salt. Mix until smooth.
3. Strain batter to remove lumps.
4. Pour into molds.
5. Steam for 30–40 minutes.
6. Cool before serving.
🥥 Palitaw
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups glutinous rice flour
* 1 cup water
* 1/4 tsp salt
* Grated coconut (for coating)
* Sesame seeds (for topping)
* 1/2 cup sugar
Procedure
1. Mix glutinous rice flour, water, and salt into dough.
2. Shape into small flat discs.
3. Drop into boiling water.
4. Cook until they float.
5. Remove and drain.
6. Coat with grated coconut, sugar, and sesame seeds.
7. Serve warm.
🌈 Sapin-Sapin
Ingredients
* 1 cup glutinous rice flour
* 1/2 cup rice flour
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
* 1/4 tsp salt
* Ube, langka, or food color (optional)
Procedure
1. Mix both flours, sugar, coconut milk, and salt until smooth.
2. Divide mixture into 3 portions.
3. Color or flavor each portion differently.
4. Pour first layer into greased pan and steam for 10 minutes.
5. Add second layer and steam again.
6. Add final layer and steam until fully cooked.
7. Cool before slicing and serving.
