Through rhythm, we connect to our past, through dedication, we honor the effort of those before us, through passion, we show that filipino culture is vibrant, strong, and timeless.

Because dancing in our culture mean we carrying it with us, it means traditions that made us, while creating space for the next generation to continue it.

Congratulations to our Busilak dance troupe family, for winning in cheerdance competition in Buwan ng kabataan, with a them of

"Kabataang may alam, Kabataang may paki-alam".

Through every count, every shout, every high energy routine, Busilak dance troupe proved that being a cheerdancer means more than performing, it means leading, it means having the "alam" to understand the issues around us, and the "paki-alam" is to do something about it.

We're beyond proud to all of the dancer, and all Busilak member and Mentors, y'all didn't just win 2nd place, y'all carry the unity and pride and the name of Busilak dance troupe, y'all inspired the next generation to cheer not just for team, but for change.

And today, we welcome the Newly Elected Officers of Busilak Dance Troupe a team chosen to guide, to inspire, and to keep the fire of Busilak burning.

Behind every formation, every win, and every performance is leadership that works in silence and shines on stage. These officers are dancers, mentors, and family to us.

We trust you to lead us with wisdom, to push us to be better, and to remind us why we started for the love of dance, for our culture, and for each other.

Busilak means 'pure'. And we promise to lead and follow with pure intentions, pure dedication, and pure pride.
