United in faith and mission, the 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗿 joined the celebration of the 𝟮𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 at the 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗩𝗮𝗴𝗮 (𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵), proclaiming that 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 as the Church commemorates World Mission Sunday and renews its call to share the Good News with every person.

As we reflect on Christ's teaching to give to God what belongs to God, may we remember that 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺, 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗺, and that our first and foremost loyalty belongs to God, calling us to live as faithful Christians, serve others with love, and use everything we have to glorify His name.

Through the celebration of the 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲, the 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗿 gathered at the 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗩𝗮𝗴𝗮 (𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵) to reflect on God's invitation to everyone, reminding us that 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗺, whether we respond early or later in life.
