Super Typhoon FRANCISCO (MEKKHALA) continues to maintain its strength while moving slowly over the Philippine Sea east of Northern Luzon.
π Location: Approximately 410 km East of Aparri, Cagayan
π¬οΈ Maximum Sustained Winds: 185 km/h
π¨ Gustiness: Up to 230 km/h
π Central Pressure: 940 hPa
π§ Movement: West-northwestward at 10 km/h

π§οΈ The enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the outer circulation of Francisco may bring occasional rains and strong to gale-force gusts over parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
π Rough seas remain possible along the eastern seaboards of Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and northeastern Cagayan. Small fishing boats and other light vessels are advised not to venture out to sea.
π’ FRANCISCO is forecast to remain far from the Philippine landmass and may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Friday morning, June 26.
