I particularly loved using metallic paint here; it added a subtle, festive warmth that feels just like Christmas. 🎄

As the Season 6 Trailer of THE CHOSEN series has finally debuted, here’s a painting which I started during Holy Week but wasn’t able to finish because I felt unworthy.

But then again, I realized that the very fact that he died for us, it shows that we are more than enough to be loved by Jesus, and what He did for us on the cross was more than enough to show it.
This video is inspired by the profound Jewish song "Dayenu," which means "It would have been enough." It reflects my gratitude and the spiritual resilience that God has continuously provided me.

Moving beyond the boundaries of the , this work evolves from childhood dreams into a deeper faith, tracing my personal and spiritual journey through seven chapters of my "Personal Dayenu," starting with sketching Michelangelo’s "Pietà."

This artwork and video celebrate my truth and express my gratitude for God’s ongoing presence and grace in my life, which truly sustains my soul.

In this artwork and video, I intertwine moments from "The Chosen" with heartfelt experiences of grief and healing, emphasizing the transformative power of Christ’s resounding "yes."

This is probably one of my most favorite and scariest -to-do artwork.

✨I started this during Holy Week but I didn't have the heart or confidence to do it.

✨When I heard that Season 6 Trailer of THE CHOSEN was coming, I decided to finish this.

✨Each of the "quadrants" of this piece represents 4 of my favorite scenes in the series.

✨The "host" inside the monstrance is inspired by THE PIETA m - done by Michelangelo and one representation done by my niece Zoe Cundañgan for her school project.

✨All moments in this picture represent my Catholic faith.

With what happened last week in the Philippines, I opted to do the "Mood Tree" Art Therapy exercise to alleviate my stress.

✨ The ousting of Senator Tito Sotto III led by a self-proclaimed, incompetent, immoral, Bible verse spewing b!g@ #, has made the Senate. a laughing stock to the whole world.

✨ An obviously staged and horrible scripted narrative of a shootout, saying the Senate is under attack, is one of the worst acted performances one would see on live TV or online.

✨ Being an adult I can't afford to be impartial or apathetic. That's the very reason why my country is having a political crisis.

✨ While I can't do much about it for now, except be a keyboard warrior for the truth and continue to vote wisely during elections, I can control how I react to it.

✨ Looking at my work the colors are so dark and gloomy, but that was my mood the whole week. However, I enjoyed the process especially doing the finger painting technique.

The Art Therapy exercise "mood tree" alleviated my stress but showed my anger and darkness too.

✨ I began this artwork last Monday May 11, 2026 in the afternoon.

✨ I initially felt happy when I was doing the "thumb painting/finger painting".

✨ I felt like a kid again. I was messy, unrestricted, uninhibited and free.

✨ I was carefree, until a friend set the link of the Senate coup to oust Senator Sotto as Senate President.

✨ The news incensed me especially since I didn't like Cayetano becoming the Senate President

✨ It's barely 3 days since the incident and Cayetano and his 12 other cohorts marred the Institution. Not only did they stage a "shooting " incident, but also harbored and allowed a fugitive to escape.

✨ The Senate is a disgrace while the Congress stands tall as they have impeached the Confidential Queen 👑 for the second time. This time with an overwhelming number.

✨ The Clown show, that is the current Senate, is mostly manned by abhorrent, selfish political thieves and crocodiles.

✨ It's frustrating but I will continue to be awake in these dark times.

✨ While my art may look dark for now, it is honest.

Sometimes in one's life you just want to go back to a place where you're safe and happy.

In this very basic artwork, I allowed myself to play, enjoy, and allow my inner child to lead my brush strokes.

I used the three basic elements of art - line, shapes and color as simple as I can just so to let go of any inhibitions.

This artwork is aptly entitled "Child's Play" as I didn't really care that it's not sophisticated, realistic or even dare to try to make things complicated.

I allowed my inner child to play and paint, and this is the result.

Art doesn't always have to be sophisticated and refined.

It just needs to be expressed and reflect what's within us.

Art just has to be real and true...at least for me,the artist.

A child's play...Art for fun...did this with fun and not a care in the world.
