There are moments in life when you unexpectedly discover something that gives you a different kind of fulfillment.

For me, that’s The Good Take with Christian Bables .

When I first started this podcast, I honestly just wanted to have meaningful conversations. But somewhere along the way, I realized it had become so much more than that. It became a space where people could see that no one is exempt from life’s struggles. That even the people they admire on screen, people they sometimes think have perfect lives, carry their own fears, heartbreaks, failures, and lessons too.

I think that’s what I love most about this journey. We’re somehow able to humanize the people we look up to. Behind the cameras, behind the awards and the success, they’re simply people trying their best, just like everyone else. And if our conversations can make even one person feel less alone, then I know we’re doing something worthwhile.

I’m incredibly grateful to my two ates, Ate and Ate SuperJanice de Belen , for sharing not just their time, but their hearts. Thank you for trusting me and for allowing our viewers to see the beautiful people that you are beyond the spotlight.

As for me, I know I still have so much to learn as a host. I’m still figuring things out every episode. But one thing I’m sure of is this, I genuinely enjoy every second of these conversations. Ang daming lessons!

Maybe that’s why this feels so special. Maybe I found something that adds another layer to my purpose.
