Faithfulness in the small things. 🤍
Hello! I just want to share with you how we encountered God today. We experience His presence in different ways every day, but this time, He reminded us of something so beautiful about His faithfulness. 🥹
As you can see in the 1st photo, this is the screenshot of our new confirmed client who said she appreciated our service and experienced it herself (which I initially thought na nirecommend kami ni client). And on the 2nd photo, it’s Dylan Jae’s birthday party, where she first experienced our service.
Akala namin part of work is approaching a guest, making sure they get a photo, or simply giving a little extra care during an event. And since it’s also part of what we’ve always believed in, that whatever we do, we should give our very best. Not because every effort will always be noticed, but because we know Who we are ultimately doing it for.
(And this verse has always been one of our references when it comes to our work:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” - Colossians 3:23 NIV)
But we never really know how those small things can leave an impact.
And through this, God led us to Luke 16:10 NIV:
“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much."
We’ll keep serving with intention and giving our best, even in the simplest things. Because sometimes, God uses the things we do faithfully to open doors we never expected.
But more than teaching us to be faithful in the small things, today showed us just how faithful our God is.
There are moments when we get busy. We miss reading our Bible because of late nights, tiring days, or simply because life gets overwhelming. And when we find ourselves in the middle of difficult circumstances, there are times when we forget or choose not to obey what God is teaching us.
And maybe that’s one of the most beautiful things about God’s faithfulness. He doesn’t give up on us, and He doesn’t stop working just because we don’t see it yet.
This little inquiry today felt like more than just another booking that God brought our way.
It was a beautiful way for the Lord to show us that nothing done with love and faithfulness is ever wasted. What we thought was just a small gesture in one moment became an unexpected door weeks or months later.
We may forget the little things, but God never does.
And so we’ll continue to serve, continue to show up, and continue to be faithful, not just because we’re waiting for another opportunity, but because He has always been faithful to us first.
More than anything, this is not our story, but the story of God in our lives. Until our next sharing! All glory belongs to Him! 🙌
See you soon Ms. KJ! 👋
