BIDA BASKETBALL LEAGUE
atarasU: BIDA Municipal Linggo ng Kabataan 2026

The BIDA Basketball League was successfully conducted as one of the major sports activities of the atarasU: BIDA Municipal Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, organized to provide the youth of Damulog with a meaningful avenue to showcase their athletic abilities, develop teamwork and discipline, and strengthen camaraderie among young people in the community.

The league brought together participating youth teams representing different groups within the municipality. Beyond the excitement of competition, the activity emphasized the importance of sportsmanship, respect, teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and fair play. BIDA Himig Handog KabARKaDa (Binisayang Kanta Duet)

As part of the atarasU: BIDA Municipal Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the BIDA Himig Handog KabARKaDa (Binisayang Kanta Duet) was successfully conducted on October 5, 2026, bringing together talented young people of the Municipality of Damulog in a celebration of music, culture, friendship, and youth creativity.

The activity provided the youth with an avenue to showcase their musical talents through the performance of Binisayang Kanta, highlighting the richness of the Cebuano language and the cultural heritage of the community. More than a singing competition, the event encouraged participants to appreciate local music, strengthen their confidence, and build meaningful connections with fellow KabARKaDa.

Participating teams prepared their selected Binisayang Kanta and delivered heartfelt duet performances before the audience and the panel of judges. Each pair demonstrated their vocal abilities, stage presence, harmony, interpretation, and appreciation of the local language. The performances created an atmosphere of excitement and camaraderie as supporters enthusiastically cheered for their respective teams.
