Fun, adventure and connection – three inspiring message that transpired today as the 3rd year BSBA FM and MM students conducted a Community Service at Sitio Mayada, Brgy. Libas, Tantangan, South Cotabato as part of their curriculum requirement in Good Governance and Social Responsibility. The theme, “Bridging Hope: Community Compassion in Action”, truly emerged in the entire activity where student leaders, community members and especially young Bla’an children shared poignant moments during gift giving, bonding and cultural presentations. The activity was spearheaded by three subject advisers: Regine L. Vista, LPT, Reynaldo Bedonio, Jr., MBA and Jay Locsin, JD. The activity started at around ten o’clock in the morning and ended at twelve noon. Inspiring message was delivered by the Sitio President stressing his heartfelt appreciation. Officers and facilattors of Green Valley College – School of Business also shared their heartfelt gratitude for the success of the activity. Although it was a short program, every students shared genuine act of compassion and a sense of social responsibility that they might use as they dive into the business industry in the future.

Nasa situation kana ba where all of your decisions will always be right no matter the consequences will be? And at some point, you are confronted by a significant situation that will totally overpower your decision-making. You cannot process the emotion while thinking logically. There are times where emotions and logic are in constant battle. Our logical mind keep us in a path that we want in life but our emotions clearly say the exact opposite.
