REQUIREMENTS

• Accomplished Registration Form
• Signed Waiver Form
• Parent/Guardian Consent Form (Under-18 Division Only)
• Proof of Residency in Pilar, Sorsogon
• One (1) Valid Government-Issued ID
• Birth Certificate, School ID, or Any Valid Document Showing Date of Birth (Under-18 Division Only)

📌 ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF RESIDENCY

Any one (1) of the following:

• Barangay Certificate certifying that the player is a bona fide resident of Pilar, Sorsogon for at least six (6) months
• Voter's ID or Certification issued in Pilar, Sorsogon
• Valid Government-Issued ID showing a Pilar, Sorsogon address
• Other supporting documents approved by the Tournament Committee

📌 IMPORTANT

• No Complete Requirements, No Play
• A Player May Only Play for One (1) Team and One (1) Division Throughout the Tournament
• Submission of Falsified Documents Shall Result in Automatic Disqualification
• The Tournament Committee Reserves the Right to Verify the Residency, Age, and Eligibility of Any Player at Any Time
• Tournament Committee Decisions Shall Be Final

Rest in Peace, Coach

With profound sadness, the WCC ATC North Manila community mourns the passing of our beloved Head Basketball Coach, Coach JV.

Coach JV was more than a coach—he was a mentor, a leader, and an inspiration to every student-athlete whose lives he touched. His passion for the game, unwavering dedication, and commitment to shaping not only better players but better individuals will always be remembered.

We extend our deepest sympathies to his family, loved ones, friends, and the entire basketball community during this difficult time.

May God grant Coach JV eternal rest and comfort all those who mourn his loss. Your legacy will forever remain in our hearts.
