On this Good Shepherd Sunday, Jesus reminds us that He knows us personally and never leaves us. Even when we feel lost, His voice continues to guide us.

We are called to listen, trust, and follow—especially in times of uncertainty. And as His followers, we are also invited to reflect His love and care to others.

Prayer:
Lord, our Good Shepherd, guide us always. Help us hear Your voice, trust Your path, and share Your love with others. Amen.

On this 2nd Sunday of Easter, we are reminded that God’s mercy is greater than our doubts, fears, and failures.

When Jesus appeared to His disciples, He did not come with anger—but with peace. Even to Thomas the Apostle, who struggled to believe, Jesus offered understanding and love.

This is the heart of Divine Mercy: no matter how far we feel, God always comes closer.

Today, we enter into the silence of Black Saturday—a day where the world seems still, waiting in hope. Christ lies in the tomb, and everything feels uncertain, quiet, and heavy.

For us as a choir, this silence is not emptiness—it is a sacred pause. A moment to reflect on our faith, our service, and the love that sustains us even in darkness. Just like the disciples, we may not always understand God’s plans, but we are called to trust and to wait with hope.

In this stillness, let us remember that before the joy of Easter comes, there is silence… before the resurrection, there is waiting. This is where faith grows the most—when we continue to believe even when we cannot yet see.

As the MIC Choir, may we use this day to listen more deeply—to God’s voice, to His call, and to the quiet movements of His grace within us. Let our hearts be open, ready to proclaim His glory when the time comes.

Because tomorrow, the silence will be broken.
Light will overcome darkness.
And our song will rise again in joy—Alleluia!

Today, we stand at the foot of the Cross—not as performers, but as servants. Good Friday reminds us that our ministry is not about the beauty of our voices, but the depth of our hearts.

As we sing during this solemn day, we are called to become instruments of Christ’s suffering love. Every note we offer should carry the weight of His sacrifice, every silence should echo His pain, and every harmony should reflect His mercy.

Jesus did not save the world with grand words, but with humble surrender. In the same way, our role as a choir is not to be seen, but to lead others into prayer, into reflection, and into encounter with Him.

Let us remember:
• When we feel tired, He carried the Cross.
• When we feel unworthy, He gave His life anyway.
• When we feel silent, His love speaks louder.

Today, we sing not to impress—but to accompany Christ in His Passion.

May our voices be prayers.
May our service be love.
May our music lead others closer to the Cross.

“It is finished.” But for us, it is the beginning of deeper faith, deeper service, and deeper love.

On this sacred evening, we are invited to enter into the depth of Christ’s love—a love that humbles itself in service and offers itself completely in sacrifice.

In the washing of the feet, we see a powerful reminder that true greatness is found in serving others with humility. In the Last Supper, we receive the gift of the Eucharist—a lasting presence of Christ among us, a covenant of love that nourishes and unites us.

Tonight calls us to reflect:
Are we willing to serve as Christ served?
Can we love even when it is difficult, inconvenient, or unrecognized?

As we begin the Paschal Triduum, may we walk closely with the Lord—staying awake with Him in prayer, offering our own sacrifices, and opening our hearts to transformation.

“Love one another as I have loved you.” (John 13:34)

While every choir is fully immersed in serving the Holy Week liturgies, I find this time as my own moment of preparation—quietly practicing, reflecting, and journeying deeper into the suffering of our Lord.

In the silence and in the music, may I also learn to offer, to surrender, and to love more. 🙏🎶

Lord Jesus,

As I remember Your triumphant entry into Jerusalem,
I also remember how quickly praises turned into silence,
and how hearts that welcomed You slowly drifted away.

Today, I come before You with humility, recognizing my own weakness — the moments I chose myself over You,
the times I walked away from Your love.

Lord, MAGING AKIN MULI.,
Take my heart back into Yours.
Restore what I have broken.
Renew what I have neglected.
Let me return to You, not just in words,
but in truth, in action, and in faith.

As the people laid down palms before You, I lay down my pride, my doubts, and my sins. Enter again into my life, my home, my soul. Be my King—not only today, but every day.

Teach me to follow You, not only in moments of joy,
but even on the road to the Cross. Give me the courage to remain faithful, the strength to choose love, and the grace to begin again.

Lord, I am Yours.
Let me be Yours again—fully, sincerely, and forever.
