"I want to portray characters with experiences… those with layers. Not just the cute or dramatic roles. I want to dive deeper into my roles—even if it’s bloody or emotionally draining," she added.

In Rekonek, Andrea plays Gigi, a character emotionally heavier and more unpredictable than any of her previous roles. Insider reports reveal that this role requires intense preparation and mature acting skills—something Andrea is excited to showcase to the MMFF audience.

She also opened up about the challenges of filmmaking, balancing the pressures of MMFF with her personal growth as an artist.

"I really prepared for this role. I want to show people that I’m growing as an actress—that I can handle MMFF-level acting," she said.
