Last heavy day before we empty the tank 😈 this Sunday for the Equipped event at the Asian Powerlifting Championships 2025 here in Istanbul, Türkiye 🇹🇷

Wrapped up my 7 lifts—all good lifts, smooth and controlled, with the Squat being the only one I really had to grind for.

The plan was to secure Silver with minimal effort so I could save my energy for the Equipped event, and I’m confident we nailed it 🙏
Huge love to everyone who watched and supported me. I’ll need you all one more time ☝️
