Rotary Club of Pasig East celebrates Indigenous Peoples Month
October 25–26, 2025 | Sapang Munti, Norzagaray, Bulacan

Over the weekend, we celebrated Indigenous Peoples Month with our project “Lingap at Pagkilala: Kalusugan para sa Kapatid na Dumagat.”

It was two meaningful days of service where we reached out to 250 Indigenous families in the Dumagat community — providing them with medical checkups, dental extractions, groceries, sacks of rice, hygiene kits, and hot meals.

The kids received toys, books, school supplies and our “Kulay ng Kabutihan” coloring books with crayons, and we made sure they had fun through games and activities that brought smiles all around.

This project touched several of Rotary’s Areas of Focus — from Disease Prevention and Treatment, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene, Maternal and Child Health, to Supporting Education.

We are deeply grateful to our 23 service partners who made this mission possible!

Truly, when hearts unite in service, kindness finds its way — even in the farthest mountains of Bulacan.

Maraming Maraming Salamat mga Kapatid, Kahit hindi na kinaya ng katawang Lupa ko, we made it. Shout out to all the Volunteers specially to Ehm and Luhu! Aylabyu!❤️
