OPx proudly joined the recently concluded Riftbound Gold Rush, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The event featured a huge player turnout, intense competition, and the opportunity to meet some of the biggest names in the TCG community, including top competitors and content creators.
While our results were modest, we are proud of our performance—especially considering that one of our players bought his very first deck less than eight hours before the tournament began.
Held at the Bayanihan Center in Pasig, the event was well-organized, started on time, and was supported by an active team of judges throughout the day. The venue was packed with competitors, new players, and community members eager to learn the game and grow the scene.
As mentioned during one of the event interviews, Riftbound is a breath of fresh air in the TCG space. Instead of simply trying to eliminate your opponent, players battle for dominance and control—easy to learn, but challenging to master.
