Starting a running routine is deceptively hard. The first few weeks are often the toughest, filled with sore muscles, shortness of breath, and the temptation to quit. Every step feels heavy, every hill steeper than it looks, and every minute longer than it should. It’s normal to feel frustrated or wonder if you’re cut out for running at all.
